William Patrick Rhodes, 68, a lifelong resident of Montgomery, passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2014.

He was born on March 17, 1946, and was preceded in death by his father, Roy Verschel Rhodes, and his mother and step-father, Mary Frances and Bill Davis.

He is survived by two sisters and brothers-in-law, Duanne and Joe Namaksy and Mary Lou and Sam Windham; three nephews, David (Ella) Namaksy, Sam (Amy) Windham III, and Steve (Ginger) Windham; seven great nieces and nephews, Isabella and Anastasia Namaksy, Abby, Will, and Daniel Windham, and Sam IV and Avery Windham; and special friends, Martha and Ed Bridges.

The family will receive friends at Leak Memory Chapel from 1-2 PM on Friday, May 23, 2014, followed by his Funeral Service at 2 PM at Leak Memory Chapel, with The Reverend John-Michael Van Dyke officiating.

A private burial service will be held in Greenwood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or one's favorite charity.
