STONE, Lucie Leak, died on Saturday, August 25, 2007 after an extended illness at her home. Mrs. Stone was a resident of Montgomery and a member of St. John’s Epis­copal Church. Her career was in Ballet. Mrs. Stone taught with Helen Thorington, Jackie Rocheleau and Hunt­ington College. Lucie also had her own school, the “Lu­cie Stone School of Ballet”.  She is survived by her hus­band of fifty-five years, Charles Mercer Stone; two daughters, Lucie Stone Heath of Tuscaloosa; & Katherine Mercer Stone of Montgom­ery; one son, Charles Mercer Stone, Jr. of Montgomery; & three grandchildren. Grave­side services will be held on Wednesday, August 29, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. Evans Garner officiating.
