Kathryne Cheves, 89, of Hoover, AL passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2013. Kathryne formerly worked as the school secretary for Hoover Schools and for AmSouth Bank. She was preceded in death by her husband Monie T. Cheves and her first husband John McLemore Dozier. She is survived by her son, John McLemore Dozier, Jr. (Glynna) of Hoover. Funeral services will be at 3 pm on Friday, September 13, 2013 at Leak Memory Chapel with visitation beginning at 2 pm. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
