PEBWORTH, Jacque A., 85, Montgomery, AL; died May 12, 2006. He now joins his Lord in heaven along with his best friend and loving wife of 60 years Rosemary, of whom he loved very much. He leaves behind his three children, Mary Ann Pebworth, Chet (Kathy) Pebworth and Jacque (Emily) Pebworth, II. Along with seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren to cherish his memories. He served as the 1st School Patrol boy in Montgomery in 1931. In the 1940's he served in the Civil Defense organization. In the 1960's he served a special deputy in the sheriff department in Montgomery. He delivered flowers to the sick and infirmed for many years as a volunteer of Frazer Methodist church. Many organizations and individuals will miss him as a noted expert in the inspection of homes and the guidance in the repairing of foundations and structural problems. He was a retired Architect, Engineer and contractor. His guidance and techniques of design and repair of structures implemented several Federal guidelines in use today. He has served as past president of the WBCCI Airstream Caravan organization of Alabama and has remained active in the unit. As a loving and kind person he was a strong believer in the Ten Commandments and the goodness of our Lord in heaven. This is a poem that he wrote that reflects his outlook on the Lord and life.  Thank You Lord We thank you Lord in Heaven above For letting us share your abiding love We thank you Lord for your loving grace Please God let it show upon our face We thank you Lord for the sunshine, rain and snow As you light our way to go We thank you Lord for every thing you have given and the wonderful life we are living We thank you Lord for a job well done And letting us share this earth with everyone We thank you Lord for the mountains And canyons With you we know we will never be abandon We thank you Lord for this wonder land And are looking forward to Heaven and beside you stand By Jacque Pebworth.
